While our team faced a bit of a learning curve coming from multiple tools to an integrated solution, with a few coaching sessions, we were able to get the tool up and running and we LOVE it. I highly recommend this tool if you are not already using a fully integrated solution that allows you to transform your strategy into goals and effectively track progress through all levels of your team.
Pros
This tool allows us to transform our strategy into goals and then continuously monitor performance against those goals.
Cons
At first the pricing plans were a little confusing in regards to which plan we really needed. In the end we settled with the Advanced plan to give us better Tech Support access and better access to leadership training.

Overall, inspire offers a very user friendly and diverse platform for recognizing and rewarding colleagues. The selection of good is great, if a bit overpriced.
Pros
The variety of gift cards is better than other similar programs. It is user very user friendly on either side of a recognition transaction.
Cons
The price of physical goods on this platform seems a bit overpriced when compared to the cost of redeeming for gift cards.

Pros
It's an indefensible tool for my personal productivity and performance. I use it to start and end everyday. It's my main planning and execution tool. As a company CEO, Inspire gives us the ability to communicate our corporate strategy to the team and align the origination. Everyone is focused and much more productive.
Cons
A few of the features could be streamlined. A couple of the features are very deep. Having the ability to turn them off or streamlining how they function would increase use and effectiveness across the team.

We are excited to launch our next release in December that address some of your comments about configuring the platform to turn on and off certain modules, to increase relevancy at the user level.
