About ovos play

ovos play is a cloud-based learning management solution designed to help organizations manage training for onboarding, sales support, online education, and more. The platform comes with a centralized dashboard, which enables businesses to create, as well as update, learning content across multiple topics.

ovos play is white-label solution, which allows organizations to personalize the application using custom logos, colors and themes. It offers a host of features including learning algorithms, blended learning, multiplatform access, a built-in content management system, a template catalogue, gamification, and more. The single sign-on (SSO) functionality assists managers with authenticating users and providing secure access. The platform lets teams train candidates using various micro training modules such as flashcards, images, 3D scenes, virtual reality, tasks/decision-based lessons, and more.

ovos play enables enterprises to integrate it into existing learning management systems (LMS) and import data for generating custom courses. Plus, its learning analytics module enables managers to gain insight into learner performance, course efficiency, and test results.

Cons

Some features in the creation and customization of the cards remain limited.

The benefit of using ovos play for us:
- we are able to build a solid foundation for scaling up our business (digitizing parts of our business)
- we are able to offer a digitized version of our expertise in training and supporting companies on topics like: developing social competences as well as developing corporate cultural excellence
- through ovos play we support the effectiveness and sustainability of our work with our clients
- we are able to reach all employees within a company and therefore having a higher impact on the efficiency of organizational and cultural development at our clients.

Pros

There are several features you can use in terms of building a user friendly web-application and creating a great playful-learning-user-experience. ovos play is easy to use and supports our company in making the first and next steps in digitizing our business. The integration with our existing business worked very well. The support of the ovos team within this process was and is incredible. ovos play is a great partner for companies in terms of creating a playful learning experience and building awareness for certain topics within the workplace or elsewhere.

Cons

I do like all of it. There is always room for developing new features, which the ovos play team is doing on a daily base anyway. They are open to feedback and they take things into considerations for further developments. For what we need right now, its the perfekt fit. A little bit more design-customizing would have been great in our case but honestly, that's not a Con, it's more a preference.
