Claiming revenue numbers from customers that were subscription customers from before we started with Cybba. Some long term customers for years have now been attributed to being Cybba generated revenue. > > Wasn't horrible until we called them out on the data. Thought we cancelled when we had a meeting and the rep said "I'll take care of it". 4 months later and we have to provide cancellation request in writing. No emails, no phone calls, no updated content, nothing for months but they keep charging. If a company has specific cancellation requirements, you should look else where.
