It is so easy to use an train to other members of staff, its so easy to raise and schedule and track maintenance jobs.

Multiple emails for job reports - They have now added an updated so now you can add multiple emails to send out job reports.

I like that I can clock in and out from home easily and that I can leave notes in my clock-in times so I remember what tasks I was working on.

I don't like that you can only review 2 weeks at a time without saving it, and that when I leave the page, the clock-in views jump back to the most recent day. This is difficult when trying to compare time-keeping clocks with tasks.

The system is fully customisable and the customer service has been great. They're very quick to reply.

Some features don't work exactly the way I want but Workever have a features request page where people suggest features. The features that are implemented are the ones most upvoted by the rest of the community. It's good but it also means if there's something that's critical to you but no so much to other businesses you'll be waiting a while..

Easy to manage daily tasks, keep on top of day to to day business

certain features are missing but the feature request is always used and i am aware workever is still in progression
