About Workever
Workever is a field service & job management software that helps businesses manage dispatch operations, customer interactions, and administrative functions. Users can import customer data such as site addresses, contact details, or critical notes into the system, and utilise the drag-and-drop capabilities to assign tasks to field agents.
Features of Workever include purchase order management, customisable branding, role-based access, scheduling, timesheets, data backup, billing, GPS tracking, and more. Customers can use the self-service portal to view notifications on status updates, access quotes and invoices, and process electronic payments. It is so easy to use an train to other members of staff, its so easy to raise and schedule and track maintenance jobs.
Cons
Multiple emails for job reports - They have now added an updated so now you can add multiple emails to send out job reports.

I love this for clocking in and out and keeping track of my tasks.
I love this for clocking in and out and keeping track of my tasks.
Pros
I like that I can clock in and out from home easily and that I can leave notes in my clock-in times so I remember what tasks I was working on.
Cons
I don't like that you can only review 2 weeks at a time without saving it, and that when I leave the page, the clock-in views jump back to the most recent day. This is difficult when trying to compare time-keeping clocks with tasks.

Pros
The system is fully customisable and the customer service has been great. They're very quick to reply.
Cons
Some features don't work exactly the way I want but Workever have a features request page where people suggest features. The features that are implemented are the ones most upvoted by the rest of the community. It's good but it also means if there's something that's critical to you but no so much to other businesses you'll be waiting a while..
