I called them a week after it renewed to let them know I will not be using the service and they said I basically did not have a choice as the service will remain active for an entire year and they will not refund. It is a life saver and i am using it right now since I had to go to Florida to deal with my parents and I had to do some work. It allows me to access my office and continue to work as though I was there.
