> **Pros**: En tant que DAF/CFO, j'ai apprécié la possibilité de produire des reportings et de visualiser les consommations de temps de manière intuitive. Ces reportings répondaient parfaitement aux demandes qui m'étaient formulées pour le CIR ou par mes financeurs.

> **Cons**: Le seul inconvénient important est l'absence d'intégration avec les données du SIRH (nombre de jours de présence, congés) d'où des risques d'erreurs. On espère aussi que GRYZZLY développera une feature permettant de saisir en masse les jours fériés.

> Mise en place très rapide. Interface via Teams très appréciée par les équipes. SAV à l'écoute. Ajout / suppression / clôture des projets très faciles.

> **Cons**: Je suis satisfait dans l'ensemble. Le produit évolue constamment donc il y a peut être un sentiment de toujours être sur une version qui n'est pas terminée mais ça ne gêne pas l'usage. Je pense que le rendu pourrait encore plus premium et polis d'un point de vue design et expérience (UI qui change pas ou peu). En tout cas il répond aux besoins métiers.

> **Pros**: Facile d'accès pour les utilisateurs, il est intégré à Slack avec le rappel automatique quotidien ce qui permet d'avoir un fort taux de réponse et pour les managers ne pas avoir à courir après tout le monde en fin de mois.

> **Cons**: Pour mon besoin, un suivi d'activité , il n'y a rien à redire, cela fonctionne vraiment bien, si je devais juste mettre un bémol ce serait sur un aspect de configuration qui ne sont pris en compte que pour le futur, si on veut les impacter dans le passé, il faut le faire utilisateur par utilisateur ( par exemple la plage horaire travaillée).
