They consistently failed to acknowledge their mistakes and showed no willingness to resolve issues. > > The app wasn’t even live yet, but multiple emails were already sent to my customers without my permission. This is very unprofessional. When I raised this issue, their response was dismissive, as if it didn’t matter. Since then, they seem to be focused only on collecting money and do not honor agreements, such as a promised compensation. They come across as very commercial and customer-unfriendly, hard to reach, and once they have the payment, they stop communicating.
