So understand, you can cancel and will not be charge, but they charge you for the months you didn't use their service. Imagine cancel your Netflix subscription for a year, and then you want to resubscribe and Netflix bill you for for the months you cancel your account. Then he told me that we charge you for a service of just being a user. What\! Make that make sense please. RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN from this company\! I'm letting everyone know, so if they get a billed like mine.
