> **Pros**: Utilisable sur nimporte quel smartphone , application patient, et application pro. Permet de prendre rdv en ligne pour le patient, annuler modifier son rdv et recevoir un rappel par SMS ou email.

> **Cons**: Service client totalement inefficace, très peu expérimenté pour de simples questions comme par exemple : comment retrouver l'accès à l'application smartphone après le système de double identification mis en place ? 
Certe Doctolib est bien plus cher mais un problème ne persiste pas durant presque deux semaines ...

> **Pros**: Bon 1er contact avec les commerciaux, version d'essai gratuite (utile pour se rendre compte que ça ne convient pas)

> **Cons**: Tout le reste :
- Logiciel peu ergonomique
- Nombreuses fonctions et promesses faites non tenues
- Gestion catastrophique
- Facturation 2 mois après avoir résilié malgré plusieurs contacts avec des commerciaux disant que la résiliation avait bien été prise en compte
- Impossible de les avoir au téléphone sur le numéro indiqué sur la facture (j'ai lâché l'affaire après 15min d'attente)

> Je ne recommande absolument pas. Alors oui, c'est moins cher que Doctolib, mais la raison de ce bas coût est évidente
