RentRedi is a property management software that helps hundreds of thousands of landlords and investors automatically collect rent payments, screen and verify applicants, list properties, capture eSignatures, and track repairs. Tenants can set up automatic payments, report their on-time rent payments to credit bureaus, apply & prequalify, sign leases, and submit repair requests.
RentRedi's prequalifications and applications enables landlords to conduct prescreening surveys, received a complete background report on a tenants' criminal history, check financial information, and access employment and rental history. Property managers can create online property listings and upload images, list available amenities, manage leads, and filter properties based on categories such as vacant, occupied, or expiring. Landlords can also send automatic rent reminders to tenants, set up automatic late fees, and track deposits.

Pros
It's a platform that provides easy search. It also the secure payment and personalized support.
Cons
The site is sometimes out of my control at the moment.Have to go to each unit's page to see who has paid, and who has yet to pay.

Pros
As a first-time landlord, I am amazed at how easy it was to set up the RentRedi app. The app is incredibly user-friendly and has streamlined the entire process, from collecting rent to handling maintenance requests. One of the standout features is the chat option, which is both fast and easy to use. The support team is always willing to help, providing prompt and efficient assistance whenever I have a question or need support. RentRedi has truly made property management easier and more efficient for me.
Cons
The only feature I like the least is the processing time for payments to reach my bank account. It takes about a week to process.

Pros
Absolutely nothing. This is the worse software I have had to use in the last ten years.
Cons
I can never tell if a tenant has paid their rent. The system changes the numbers that I input and then charges me to change them back. At 20 cents per month- I am being over charged.

Pros
It is pretty user friendly, and once you go through the setup up it's easy to track what payments are upcoming and any overdue.
Cons
There are some quirks that I'd think are easy to fix. When naming your units you can't use spaces or special characters. You can't attach documents to notifications even if they are uploaded already.

Pros
Everything I need from pre-screening to rent payment is all there at a very solid price. It hardly costs me anything to have all the tools I need. Plus, the customer service is so freaking good. They typically answer any questions I have within a few minutes via the chat.
Cons
There was a bit of a lag getting all my bank accounts and tenants up and running. I ran into some trouble, but luckily I was able to talk to the customer support to help me through these things.
If I could improve one thing, I would make the prescreening templates a little more flexible. I'm defaulting to use GoogleForms because they offer me a lot more capabilities.
