About WordPress
WordPress is a website and blog creation and publishing platform with tools for aesthetic designing, visitor tracking, content storage and upload, and more. With WordPress users can get a blog or website, or both, started in very little time, using only an email address. Users get their own WordPress.com address (like you.wordpress.com), 3 gigabytes of free file storage, and a selection of pre-made, free, and customizable designs for the blog, and many other features.
When setting up a WordPress website, users can add a custom domain and manage design, layout, and content from within the platform. Written content can be easily added and work is automatically saved every few seconds to avoid loss of content. The drag and drop editor facilitates the addition of images or videos into posts and pages, and users can create photo galleries, embed audio, and stream video from their website. With WordPress, users can blog as much as they want for free, and blogs and websites can be public to the world or private for just friends.
Additional features of WordPress include built-in social sharing to spread the word of new posts or content, in-depth statistics and visual analytics to gain insight into website visitors and demographics, and search engine optimization (SEO) tools to help new visitors find the website.

My overall experience with WordPress is Great! WordPress is open source thereby it has contributions from numerous website developers who provide regular updates and Free templates. The Free templates are a goldmine as a new user doesn't have to create a website from scratch or require much technical expertise to create something simple. Overall i highly rate it!
Pros
What i like most about WordPress is its Versatility. WordPress has thousands of plugins such as Yoast that is an SEO plugin and WooCommerce that is an Ecommerce Plugin. The plugins come in handy if a person wants to sell products on their site and monitor the site visits. Additionally, WordPress can be used to create medium sized to large-scale websites thereby offering unapparelled scalability options from small content creators to large companies. Furthermore, it has a drag and drop feature that allows new users to create pages and layouts without writing code making the whole process simple and interactive.
Cons
WordPress is a great website builder. Its friendly user interface, numerous plugins make it super efficient thereby there is nothing i do not like about the software.

Average. The learning curve can be easy at the beginning, when using templates, but steep when creating customized components or design.
Pros
It can be set up quickly through different providers, like Elementor or Divi, or directly on Wordpress.
Cons
Too much time consuming to customize sections following design trends, brand guidelines or requirements. You need many additional plugins and code development to achieve professional results
Reasons for Switching to WordPress
I didn't. Wordpress wasn't a cost-effective solution for my business. I chose Framer instead, which allows a much more agile development, from complex components and animations, to CMS pages.- Industry: E-Learning

it was a good experience in general, I think there are things to improve, but it is also very practical for the management of courses and clients.
Pros
the ease of setting up courses and responding to customers all from one place.
Cons
I think it could be more intuitive, I usually had to watch tutorials or ask someone else to understand the platform.

I started my website with no knowledge of web building, but because Its easy to use, I managed to make a stunning site. WordPress is beginner-friendly. I don’t need to know coding to create a website.
Pros
Like that its easy to use. WordPress is beginner-friendly. I don’t need to know coding to create a website.
Its also customizable. I can choose from thousands of free themes and plugins to make my site look and work the way I want. lastly its affordable. It’s free to use! I just need to pay for hosting and a domain name, and I'm all good to go.
Cons
Security Risks. Because WordPress is so popular, it’s a target for hackers. I need to keep my site and plugins updated for safety.
