> **Pros**: The best part is its wide taxonomy of topics which coupled with proprietary algorithm gives us intent data which we can trust

> **Cons**: One improvement is if we want to add an intent topic/customize one topic which is not part of taxonomy it should be done seamlessly and in less time. Currently the process takes time.
