We especially appreciate the self-explanatory themes tool, where we can easily adapt the answers of our chatbot individually and test them out before publishing. Even the inclusion of pictures and links is very easy. This enables a very speedy reaction to changing conditions and to optimize the question and answer flows accordingly.
