Automatic phase balancing ensures that single-phase loads are balanced, and Cable Pro Web also supports custom diversity factors for custom loads where standard diversity factors do not apply.\n\nLow Voltage Electrical Network Design –\nThe LV electrical network calculations allow the user to design an electrical installation by defining the supply which includes automatic transformer and generator sizing as well as adding multiple switchboards to an electrical project calculation. All the cable sizes are automatically sized based on the defined load currents, maximum demand and allowable voltage drops for the installation. The following calculations are also performed for the network: fault current calculations, fault loop impedance, power factor correction, protection coordination and arc flash calculations.\n\nProtective Device Discrimination and Coordination –\nA huge database of protective devices from all the well-known manufacturers is provided in the software. Accurate curves are displayed in colour-coded plots which are interactive, helping users assess and ensure discrimination of cascading devices. An interactive single line diagram is provided allowing users to add multiple cascading protective devices starting from upstream to downstream. The device settings are fully adjustable allow the designer to define adjustable breaker optimum operating settings at the initial design stage, preventing nuisance tripping on new projects.\n\nAdvanced Reporting –\nCable Pro Web has advanced reports can be customised with company logos and custom fields as required. Detailed PDF reports include input data, detailed results, and compliance, and standards table and column numbers are included for reference.
