I used my mouse to highlight and drop coded sections into the various coding folders or buckets. Some transcripts didn't transfer and a significant amount of time was spent trying to figure out how to troubleshoot. This means a group of 5 or fewer members can work in collaboration with one project. The Windows version allows bigger groups. I am now 7 days away from losing all of my information, and NO ONE HAS HELPED. I am completing the final steps of my dissertation, so you can imagine how stressful this situation is. I have paid for my subscription, but I can not access the download.
