> **Pros**: Have been using Thomas Psychometric tools for the last 20 years.  Candidates confirm that they are incredibly accurate in almost all cases, easy to complete and offer great feedback.  The tools for organisations to support individuals throughout their employment are outstanding.

> **Cons**: The platform removes some of the other tools on offer by Thomas.  It is not the cheapest offering but I do think offers value for money.   Use it widely and you will get alot out of it.
