> **Pros**: Unser direkter Ansprechpartner zeichnet sich durch Fachkenntnis und Geduld aus. Das macht die Zusammenarbeit an dieser Stelle einfach.
Das Anlegen von neuen Inhalten ist verhältnismäßig einfach und wird erst bei Spezialformaten kompliziert. Das System ist performant und hat eine zeitgemäße Optik (Kacheln, Bildflächen etc.). Die Software wird regelmäßig weiterentwickelt und auch Kundenideen werden geprüft und ggfs. übernommen.
Das responsive Design der Anwendung funktioniert gut und ist gegenüber App-Lösungen von Vorteil.

> **Cons**: Aus der Vergangenheit schleppt das Kernsystem noch viele Berechtigungsverfahren und Genehmigungsebenen mit sich herum. Außerdem lässt sich noch einiges in Sachen Usability und Gestaltung der GUI verbessern.
Die Feedbackfunktionen sind aus einem Test heraus entstanden, was den Einsatz als Feedbacktool ein wenig stört.

> Wir brauchten ein LMS, was möglichst einstiegsfreundlich für den Anwender gestaltet werden kann. Es muss das Einbinden von Miet- und Kaufinhalten ermöglichen und eigenen Content abbilden können.
Wenn sich die Software zukünftig weiter modernisiert und die Verwaltungsaspekte in den Hintergrund treten, kann sie den Entwicklungen in Richtung LES oder Ähnlichem auch gerecht werden.

> **Pros**: Viele Möglichkeiten die Software flexibel an die Anforderungen des Unternehmens anzupassen, modernes Design, viele Anwendungsmöglichkeiten zur Seminarverwaltung und als E-Learning Plattform.

> **Cons**: Leider sind einige Funktionen nicht wirklich selbsterklärend und da Time4You keine Anleitungen zu den unterschiedlichen Funktionen und Optionen bereitstellt, muss man sich vieles durch Testen selbst beibringen oder immer wieder beim Support nachfragen. Das kostet viel Zeit und ist leider nicht nutzerfreundlich.
