> **Pros**: It is very user-friendly to both internal managers and the residents of the community. You can upload documents to the website with ease, and homeowners can access their information 24/7. The customer support is easy to use and is fast.

> **Cons**: The homeowner page needs to be updated to differentiate between the different owners' information, ie, the emails and phone numbers. It would be nice to see this split out. We were told a different platform would be coming last year, and it did not happen because of the integration with RNO (I believe that is the name of it).

> They are always extremely helpful and throw a great conference. I would still recommend this software to anyone that was considering switching.

> **Cons**: Board Members not able to view their past invoices on their portal. This is a common request we have received from several of our associations.

> For a management perspective it's wonderful. It could use some more features for Board Members such as the ability to view past invoices without having an invoice uploaded.
