First, you won't get your money back right away, you need to email the company for the refund which i did and they did refund the money after about a week.Two months later i noticed that i was still getting charged MONTHLY. I tried signing in and it showed i have no active subscription. I contacted the customer support via email and their only response was ' you didn't cancel your subscription 24 hours in advance'. What? In the email they also provided a link to rate the experience with customer support but that link was invalid. i also looked up a contact phone number ( which is by the way nowhere to be found on their website). It was the headquarters' number.
