> **Pros**: Lots of data to process if you want to dig deep into the statistics.

> **Cons**: The software is rather complicated. Navigating CarNow on a daily basis was difficult for my staff so we went to a simpler tool that allows us to process lots communication with our prospects with ease.
> 
> Overall we stopped using this tool after a year because of the complexity of the software when all we wanted was something simple to use to communicate with our high volume of customers quickly and with ease.
