Now Helium 10 is a no-brainer, as Helium 10 as added many additional tools and maintaining a high-level of UI/UX. I have been able to drop subscriptions to other software. My main daily tools in the Helium 10 suite are Cerebro for keyword search, Keyword Tracker to identify the keyword with the highest potential, Follow-up for auto-emailer, Profits for financial analysis and now I can add ADS this week and I'm looking forward to Inventory Management later this month, these I will use daily. > > **Cons**: I have no cons with this software. It's like comparing Amazon to all other platforms. Amazon is not perfect but there is no other even close. Same with Helium 10, I have subscribed to just about every popular Amazon tool suite out there, no others are even close to the value from Helium 10 for the money. Ok, when I first started using Follow-Up I thought something strange was going on but support set me straight that I hadn't specified the ASIN for the auto-email. When you adopt a new tool you still have to learn how to use it. Its complicated and takes a bit to learn but can be helpful while it works but half the time it doesn't work. My service that I paid for was for the 18th of July through the 17th of August. Yesterday (the 17th of August) I cancelled my subscription, meaning I have no further obligation with Helium 10. Helium 10 Charged me regardless of my cancelled subscription, for another month of service that I do not want. I should not have been charged, and at this point I should not be obligated to continue with the service. I expect a full refund for the service that I was charged for. However, helium 10 obviously doesn't care about keeping customers and taking care of their customers. The timeline was that I cancelled at 8:45PM on August 17th and my card was then charged for another month of service at 9:02PM August 17th. After much arguing to try and have this reversed they would not complete my request and are sticking me with a $99 bill for the next month of a subscription I cancelled. Unbelievable.
