With reteach, we have changed our entire software onbording process to eLearning combined with personal live sessions. This ensures that our customers' software administrators receive a thorough training and allows them to discuss all their questions and individual challenges with our expert consultants. At the same time, it makes the onboarding process very time-efficient for our team of consultants because all the training for the basic functions is done by the course participants themselves - however it fits their schedule and learning speed. All in all, it's a win-win for everyone and reteach has made it easy for us to set up our optimal software onboarding system.
Pros
reteach is easy to set up, adminstrate, and use. We use it for our software onboarding and we appreciate the range of available lesson types (text, video, iframe integration, tasks, and quizzes) which makes our courses fun and allows us to provide a variety of learning materials. Upon course completion, each participant automatically receives a personalized certificate. Through Zapier, we have connected reteach to our Salesforce system which helps us keep our processes lean and provides a central overview of all ongoing onboarding projects. Also, thank you to the reteach support team, they are always quick, helpful, and friendly - we feel very appreciated as a customer.
Cons
I don't have anything in particular to criticize. There are a couple of nice-to-have functions I'd love to have in the future, such as more detailed analytics and reports that could give us a clearer view of course participant behavior and possible challenges. And maybe a function that automatically sends a personalized eMail once a course participant has completed a certain lesson or course chapter. But these are really just feature wishes, not something that detracts from our overall satisfaction with reteach in any way.

Great and very agile tech support team

Pros
Great and very agile tech support team that replies very fast, fixes bugs or add ideas to their backlog. This kind of support in outstanding
Cons
As the software is still pretty new, I sometimes miss features that I know from similar software. However, if I miss a features, I just send my wish list to the tech team and they then put it on their backlog (with different levels of priority).

Pros
The customer support is very good. Problems are quickly solved and new feature requests happily taken into account.
Cons
Some small features would be desired for our use case. But the team has already noted the feature request.

Pros
I have been testing Reteach LMS for some time and I am very satisfied. It is easy to use with a clear easy to manage interface, and contains all key features we need for our training objectives. Reteach has a transparent and clear pricing structure without any unexpected charges. They give the necessary support and are always willing to provide additional explanation.
