> **Pros**: It makes it easy to list products to eBay because it saves every listing you've made and allows you to create a similar listing from a template which does save time

> **Cons**: It's search function is weird. Like if I want to search through a listing for a Sony TV and my listing title is "Sony (model \#) 60" TV" if I just search Sony TV nothing will populate because those characters are not consecutive in the title.

> I used this software as an employee and then again as a business owner. It was very useful for the cost.

> **Cons**: The bulk listing solution does not suit trading cards very well.  There are fields required by eBay that are not part of the bulk listings.  So, I have to manually update these fields after the initial upload to Auctiva.  Not very time savings.

> I still use Auctiva's free platform for counters on eBay listings and photo hosting.  These work well.

> **Pros**: When the service works , it's not too bad just expensive. It often doesn't work well , the customer service is weirdly rude and condescending. They also don't seem to have any interest in fixing bugs when pointed out to them. Most of the time unusable
