Mailinblack is a cloud-based and on-premise email protection software, which helps organizations check incoming emails for spam or viruses and automatically sort them in inboxes. Features include anti-spear phishing, newsletter categorization, notifications, reporting and analytics.
The AI-enabled application lets users identify anomalies and utilize security filters to validate a sender's domain and recipient’s existence. Mailinblack helps scan the presence of incoming mails in the whitelist and lets employees verify them by sending a custom verification request with captcha. Administrators can control the flow of incoming mails, configure security settings, and ban unauthorized senders.
Managers can also retrieve pending emails and calculate the number of processed messages, blocked viruses and authorized senders. Using the anti-phishing feature, administrators can detect malicious URLs by analyzing the structure, content, context, and various characteristics of the link. Mailinblack also offers integration with Microsoft Office 365, which enables users to control message exchanges directly from the application.

Filters out spam or dangerous mails effectively

Pros
Their portal to see the filtered mails is easy to use. It makes it possible to retreive some emails that been filtered by mistake.
Cons
we have a setting that all incoming mails from a new sender needs to be confirmed by the sender. Due to this sometimes we don't recieve maisl immediately.

Facilité d'utilisation. Classement des mails retenus par le logiciel. Possibilité de bannir des noms de domaine inutiles pour notre activité. Nouvelle ergonomie.
Cons
Le fait que l'administrateur doit récupérer les spams utiles des messageries des utilisateurs.

- Le support est EXCEPTIONNEL ! Rapide et compétent. Je pose des questions techniques et précises et j'ai toujours une réponse dans la minute avec une explication très détaillée. Bravo ! Ne changez rien, c'est hallucinant d'avoir un tel service en 2022. CES GENS MERITENT TOUS UNE AUGMENTATION ! :)
- Très efficace dans ses détections. Et rapidement, l'utilisation du produit ne nécessite aucune action de la part de l'utilisateur.
Cons
- Peu détecter des vraies demandes en SPAM -> Non compris dans les rapports, obligation d'aller vérifier sur l'espace perso. C'est gênant pour mes commerciaux qui on reçu des demandes de devis en SPAM.
- ça reste un produit en plus dans la chaine de réception des mails. Possible latence (arrivé 2 fois en 1an); les mails arrivent 20-30min après et ce pendant 4-5h.

Facilité de déploiement et de prise en main par les utilisateurs
Cons
Il manque la gestion des droits dans l'interface d'administration.
Les managers qui créent les comptes peuvent également changer d'autres options qui sont plus pour les administrateurs systèmes et réseaux.
Il faudrait un profil uniquement pour la gestion des comptes et pas d'accès aux autres paramètres.
