It gives me the security that if something goes wrong (which it rarely does) it will be addressed quickly. > > **Cons**: The database of exercises is too large and has too many duplicate exercises with different names, making it cumbersome to program workouts. And because they come from multiple external sources, there are a lot that have errors in the instructions, names etc. You can delete them from the database, which is great, but then you can't get ever get them back. Being able to see past check in responses/submissions is awesome. > > **Cons**: I'd love to be able to schedule check ins in app, so that everything can be in one place. But I do know that is coming soon. I wish when viewing training in the Master Builder that we could see previous workouts, not just future. Android syncing can be a little iffy at times but for the most part it works well.
