> **Cons**: Lack of a Client Portal is my biggest pain point. Currently, clients cannot easily log in to view or reschedule upcoming appointments on their own. They have to contact me directly for every change, which interrupts my workflow. As a sole owner/practitioner, I need my software to empower clients to self-manage their schedules so I can focus on treatment.

The mobile app experience feels clunky and is not as user-friendly as the desktop version. I often find myself needing to wait until I'm at a computer to do tasks that should be easy to handle on the go.

My clients loved that they would get a reminder before their appointments.  The price of the system was very reasonable , comparable to most systems out there if not better. I would definitely recommend to other RMTs

Trying to print out receipts from app was difficult trying to find where to do it from. Sometimes I would accidently hit the back button on my phone instead of the apps back and I would have to exit the whole app to get back to what I was doing.
