> **Pros**: The software for organizing a conference room is just awesome. Scheduled meetings are automatically emailed to all my coworkers so they may join. The interactive floor layouts are also a highlight for me. It's so simple to find a place to have a conference. I mostly use Conference Hall Monitoring and Visitors Administration, and I'm quite impressed with just how easy it is to navigate. It was easy for me to put it into action.

> **Pros**: concerning the HR/managerial part, we do not necessarily have the developments that have been requested for several years.

For example, an extraction by pressing a button to group all the departments together if we have a fire to know who is present or not
the new version of skello does not allow the duplication of absences over several days
It also does not allow to see the number of hours worked per period in the day
