Over the last six years, pricing for the larger Fitness booking companies has exploded, making the cost of online bookings prohibitive. My Best studio has all of the core components you need to run your studio: Reservations, payments, staff salaries, client reports etc. Their tech team does an amazing job of replying to issues that arise from time to time, and they also listen respond to feedback for improvements and new features\! Our business had had multiple suggestions come to fruition through periodic upgrades to the software. I've been a happy client for 6 years and plan to be with them for another six\! > > **Cons**: The organization of the settings page doesn't feel intuitive to me. MBS has done a commendable job of reorganizing and updating their help pages so that it is much easier to know where to go to - for example - change pricing for private sessions, adjust the salary percentages for instructors, or add new staff, but I still feel like I have to go back to the help section each time I want to perform one of these functions because the listed categories on the settings page, while straight forward, (e.g. "Instructors") don't correlate to a task I'm trying to complete. > > I first made the jump from MindBody because of cost, and I was aware that there was a lot of bells and whistles in the MBO platform that MBS lacked. In the ensuing years, My Best Studio has made great gains in its features, partly due to their proactive responsiveness to suggestions from their clients. That said, I do continue to enjoy the streamlined program of MBS over Mindbody's massive system, which, in my opinion, had become bloated with marketing features, many of which weren't relevant for my business. Half of the reports did not pull accurate information. Outside of class \& renewal reminders, there were not any automatic communications. I was not able to create email templates that could be triggered for different options. Customer support was horrible. It took an average of 3-5 days before I would get a response to an issue. I have to wait 3-5 days to get an answer to a question. > > I would not recommend this company. They are still in the development stage of the program. Very frustrating to not have support. I asked specific questions on what they offering and they have not lived up to their promises.
