I wasn't trained to fix technology that was invented before toilet paper; however, I am the only IT guy for a ton of clinics and faxing is a necessary evil. Everyone was manually faxing until I showed them myfax.com. After we implemented this site-wide, it was a HUGE upgrade\!\!\!\! We saved a ton of money from switching to them. Then the support responses landed in my spam a few times, likely because of an off-shore server that they were sent from. Once the responses arrived, they were robotic at best, with no suggestion for a compromise or an acceptable solution.
