It covers all our remote working needs as we communicate easily as teams and discuss important developments in a simplified video or audio conferences. We have had no troubles as it is very secure and allows full control of conferences to secure data.
Pros
This software was easy to set up in our organisation as we just uploaded a file containing company log in credentials of everyone and everyone was able to log into the software using their company credentials. In usability, it is convenient because it is available on smart phones, tablets and laptops ensuring that we link up with each other no matter where we are. Anyone can initiate a meeting in the software and invite people to join using a simple memorable link. It also allows editing the background image of the meeting to suit the agenda. We are able to link up within our organisation and also with clients as the software is flexible and easy to use. The quality of both video and audio conferences is very high and it is possible to mute everyone at once as one of its features.
Cons
The whiteboard feature is difficult to use on smart phones to keep the team up to date on what someone is thinking. It needs further development.

Join.me has been a really good choice emerged for online meeting because previously i was heavily relied on other platforms but join.me video conferencing quality is too good and the screen sharing is also very smooth.
Pros
The screen sharing is very smooth and seamless. The online meetings can be conducted without any much hassles. The mobile access of the service is also very nice and thus the remote access becomes very useful. The desktop sharing with join.me is also very nice and works without much issue.
Cons
I feel that regarding the cost audio calls can be even more improved and the frame drops in the screen sharing is also quite a lot sometimes. But most of the times screen sharing works fine and good.

All in all, my experience with GoTo Meeting has been positive. It's our go-to tool for connecting with remote team members, clients, and occasionally, virtual events. It's helped bridge the communication gap, especially with the shift to remote work. We've noticed improved collaboration within teams and it's kind of brought us closer in a way, despite the physical distance.
Pros
What I really appreciate about GoToMeeting is its reliability. You know, when I'm scheduled for a meeting, I want to focus on the meeting itself, not technical issues. The video and audio quality are always on point, which just makes everything smoother. Plus, the screen sharing feature is a game-changer for us, especially when we're collaborating on documents in real-time.
Cons
Well, nothing's perfect, right? With GoToMeeting, one thing that can be a bit of a downer is when we have guests who need to download the app to join meetings; it's an extra step that sometimes complicates things.

Pros
GoTo Meeting makes hosting effective webinars simple and is a reliable product. The features, such as polls and analytics/reporting, really take the quality of the product up a notch and allow us to focus on the content and the audience... not the logistics.
Cons
Sometimes there can be an issue with attendees being able to log in, but this rarely occurs.
