> **Pros**: Initial data can be imported from existing database/excel sheets, this helps during the implementation 
Total traceability of all the equipments, even if they are withdrawn
All the data in one only tool: Calibration Certificates, Cost Management, Suppliers, Limited usage rules, Users \& location, Internal verification procedures, Reference tools...

> **Cons**: The identification of the tools using barcode instead of QR. This is specially critical for thin tools like circumeters. This will be available in 2022.

> Before having NEOGAGE we used excel sheets. Despite the efforts, there were very often non conformities related to traceability. We worked hard during the implemetation but now I can't imagine my QHSE departement without this tool. Everyday we use  it for more and more devices.
