When bugs are reported, they provide a video with detailed steps on how to recreate the issue, which is a significant time saver for my team. The combination of detailed information and visuals is immensely helpful. Moreover, they are excellent at following up on open bugs and offering thorough steps for resolution. Everyone I’ve interacted with at QA Wolf has been exceptionally friendly and professional.

They have so many people standing by that if I message in-between meetings with I will have a quick response within a minute or two. Sometimes I am not prepared for that fast of a response. Without much prompting or training from us, they not only matched our existing suite of tests, but also proposed a litany of additional tests, some we hadn't even anticipated or hadn't been able to cover in the past manually. Moreover, they were able to automate test processes that our previous vendor was not able to, broadening the impact of their service. We definitely feel like a premium partner, instead of just another customer - they take time to understand their clients and their needs and do what's needed to meet them.

The commitment to the customer is paramount, and you definitely feel that in the engagement with all of the team members. And that's on top of a solid service and technology footing.
