If I have to pick one thing out, it is the fact that it is constantly evolving based on two factors, industry trends, and customer necessities. Spark software is always listening to what its customers need in order to keep them working forward. Unlike most software companies of the same type of product, which only quarterly or semi-annual upgrades, Spark makes new feature releases as soon as they are ready to make sure their customers get the needed tools for their success. > > **Cons**: The only thing is the initial start-up on the software. Because there are so many things it can do, it starts off a bit difficult to navigate to get to the things you want. This is why I HIGHLY recommend you take full advantage of their onboarding program. It's free and it will allow you to better know the software. > > Spark has been a great support to our school. The customer service is friendly and provides you with tools that will allow you to report an issue clearly so they can better help get it resolved. They will take the time to walk you through the software, even after the onboarding session. The owner actually got to know who we were and what our goals were and with that information, he suggested what features we should take advantage of in order to help those goals.
