I love that i can find everything related to children's progress and kindergarten activity in one single place.
It is really accessible and friendly for both teachers and parents. I relly appreciate the push notifications and the personalised interaction.
Cons
I wish I got more updates from the teachers in charge of afternoon clubs.

Kinderpedia is a friendly platform, with a attractive interface. The fact that it continues to grow and develop benefits us as users. The technical and management team was always open to our suggestions and adapted functionalities to our needs. I also appreciate that it's accessible for teachers and parents as well
Pros
I like it's intuitive, has many features and is quick to response to suggestions or suggestions. It also helped us have a more professional communication with parents through newsletters, messages, newsfeed, online conferences option, events category
Cons
In the past we had some issues with newsletters ( solved). Also the feature of posting clips is only available in app. Also from app when creating albums you can only upload 30 photos at a time ( on computer you can select more at once)

Overall experience has been satisfactory. learning curve seems to be high perhaps due to the coverage of vast area. Nevertheless, the broad availability of options make it easier to manage day to day activities.
Pros
UI is very appealing and broad options are available. Cost per child is reasonable especially for startups and medium scale schools.

I am generally pleased by Kinderpedia and it is a tool I am actively recommending.
Most of the functions we use work brilliantly, except for the Activity Calendar, which would greatly benefit from an overhaul.
Invoicing, setting up companies for billing and other aspects, such as versatily in customer management are incredibly useful and much appreciated, as they are significantly reducing the workload for the administrators of the institution.
Pros
Functionalities, such as:
- generating invoices
- centralised management system for customers, employees, etc.
- presence tracker
- news board
- picture sharing (although other tools are preferred by customers)
Cons
- Schedule is really difficult to work with. Would appreciate a more friendly GUI, where one could move around activities with the cursor, set timing for them without much hassle, etc.
- Mobile app rudimentary, needs access to more functions, especially for administrators.
