Endlich ein guter und einfacher Dienstplan

Pros
Der Dienstplan funktioniert super. Ich kann per App immer meine Schichten einsehen und mich für offene Schichten bewerben. Die Nutzung ist auch sehr einfach.
Cons
Soweit habe ich keine Nachteile zu erwähnen, ich bin durchaus zufrieden.

Meine Frau hat für Zeiterfassung und Lohn Meldungen ihre Arbeitszeit von über 150 std im Monat auf 8 std reduziert. Ich persönlich zur Planung investiere jeden Tag 30-60minuten und hab dafür meinen Kopf frei für andere Dinge.
Pros
Durch Aplano kann unser Unternehmen sehr profitabel sein strukturiert und sehr übersichtlich, wir haben neben der stundenaufzeichnung und Planung sehr viel Geld eingespart und zusätzlich haben wir weniger Stress.
Cons
Der Preis ist sehr hoch aber das Verhältnis zur Einsparung sind die Kosten dann niedrig. Trotzdem ist es wirklich teuer. Aber es ist es wert. Wobei die Software schon günstiger angeboten werden kann.

Man kann je Tag nur eine Schicht erfassen mit einer langen Pause - es ist nicht möglich zwei arveitsblöcke morgens und abends getrennt zu erfassen

Wir nutzen seit ein paar Monaten die App. Sehr nutzerfreundlicher. Jeder kann seinen Urlaubswunsch abgeben. Man kann diesen dann gut einplanen bzw. Personal umplanen. Besonders gut gefällt uns das jeder sie App auf dem Handy hat. So kann jeder sehen wann der Dienst beginnt.

Wie finden es super. Inhaberin kann so gut planen.

Ich mag den schnellen Zugriff und die Übersichtlichkeit, selbst unterwegs am Handy. Die Funktionen sind schnell erlernbar, super selbsterklärend, mit einfach nachvollziehbaren Erkärvideos und permanent bereiten, hilfreichen Support!Alles in allem Tipptopp!
Cons
Gibts bisher noch nichts. Doch: Ich würde gerne die Desktopversion über den Browser des Mobilgerätes nutzen können.
