> **Pros**: The program has a lot of steps, but compared to dealing with USPS and all of their forms and paperwork, it is much more user friendly. Even more important to me is that when I had a question you responded immediately and solved my problem so that I could get my mailing out.

> **Cons**: My only real complaint is that if there is a problem in my excel file of addresses, such as a not acceptable character like a symbol or even the wrong type of apostrophe, the program rejects the file but won't tell me why it has been rejected, so I have to spend a lot of time carefully checking each word in the file and then uploading over and over until I manage to locate all of the errors.

> **Pros**: It is so easy to use and makes preparing a mailing a breeze.  It keeps me up to date with changes.  If you're a small mailer going to the local BMEU, you will know more than most of the people on staff

> I can't imagine how I did without it.  It makes the very complicated USPS easy to work with.  I have never had a problem with a mailing submitted to the BMEU or SCF.
