Pros
I was looking for an easy to deploy speech-to-text API, Rev.ai delivered all what I need, at a fair price. Their documentation is easy to follow, and very completed. The API works flawlessly and the process is very straight foward

I really haven't found any cons at the moment.

Speaker identification is pretty good comparing to AWS
Cons
Customer service and support were not adequte and lots of excuses provided to avoid giving out promised free credit for a trial
