The scheduling and live statuses are a huge benefit as we are able to keep track of our techncians and offer our clients real-time accurate time estimates for their issue to be resolved as well as always having a complete work history to refer back to whenever we need.

> **Cons**: The initial process of importing all of our information, customising the software to suit our needs and getting our team to all use the system, was frustratng at times as it took a while for us, but once it was done, it was a pleasure to use.
