> **Pros**: Having my company's 800 number on my cell phone is a winner.  Since I downsized my company in 2015 I am running my company without employees.  Previously the 800 number was on my home's landline.  I knew there had to be a solution to having it switched to a mobile phone.  I did my homework and found UniTel\!   In fact a few weeks ago I was in NYC for a short vacation, and worked out an issue for a customer on a ferry in the East River.  UniTel has given me the freedom to be anywhere.

> The customer service has been exceptional\!  The staff took time to listen to my needs and found the right solutions.  I received ongoing communication while my 800 number was being transferred from the old company to UniTel. Your customer service is pathetic and they are even not educated to treat the customers without any information or anything they suspended my account and while asking they don't have any answer and they hung up on me this is not a service which you guys are providing to the customers I must say I am going to file a chargeback straight away and I will not recommend unitel voice to anyone
