It gets the job done. As a project management system, Azure DevOps is really great to use. As far as the other features go, they feel bloated and unrefined, often increasing the amount of time needed to do a simple task.

Pros

I like the project management tools and the repository management tools. Between those two tools, almost every step of the development process is tied to a work item, which makes it easy to see what the changes where and how they got there.

Cons

The pipeline and building portion of the tools system is bloated. Everything within them takes you down a rabbit hole of links to other locations within the platform.

I have really great experience and I wouldn’t change it. This software ensures easier development and deployment of applications on different markets and servers. Team collaboration, continuos integration, release management and security are benefits which makes it a great product. It is also very convenient for creating technical documentation (Wiki).

Pros

Product is easy for use and great for project management. Lot of options for bug/request tracking, release management and continuos integration. Great for Agile software development processes.

Cons

I think there is space to improve Test organisation (both Manual and Automation tests). Currently it’s not very optimized for testers according to my experience. Also it should be easier integration with other products.
