Not a 10 because of POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Pros
I like the software a lot. It is extremely affordable and nice to work with. I can tell that they are new on the market because of some chaos in the organization, but I believe that they will improve very fast.
One of my fav features is that you can make a post repetative and not care about not having content in the future.
Cons
I registered because I was promissed by the support team that they are working on a feature that I needed and that they will release it in a couple of weeks. I paid for a full year. 2 mounths later they said they changed their plan and are not doing it.
Also getting a response from the support team is not guaranteed. They sometimes don't feel like answering a question and stop the conversation right in the middle and ghost you.
Response from OneUp
Hey Teya, thanks for the feedback.
We actually completed your feature request :) It just took a little longer than we originally expected!

Such a great experience, highly recommend to anyone looking to manage GMB (we don't use it for our socials as a different team handles that).
Pros
It's easy to use, great with categories where we can sort our 27 accounts into 'folders'. Love how easy it is to edit posts and move them around.
Cons
Nothing - our whole team is really happy with the tool so far. The only thing is the changing dates based on when we are doing recurring event posts but that is in the pipeline which we are very excited about

Not Worth the $, invest in something a little more!

Would invest in a different product, pay a little bit more to have actual working service.
Pros
Easy to start using, somewhat informative on the process of uploading photos and titles and bodies on post.
Cons
Pretty expensive for the fact that it offers a lot less than competitor software. I had many issues with posts not posting for one reason or another, after using a whole day of time I don’t have an extra 15 minutes to figure out why the day it should post. Doesn’t offer things competitors offer, like commenting directly on social posts from the app or an automatic post to Instagram. (Have to manually push through every day.) customer service was not very helpful or polite.
Response from OneUp
Hey Patch, it's Davis, the co-founder of OneUp.
You had a post fail to publish because of user error on your part (you tried putting text into the Google My Business CTA button section, a field that only allows URLs).
We explained this to you on the chat, and fixed it so that your post published successfully.
Even though we typically do not offer refunds, we fully refunded your purchase and credited you with a month of free use, so you could get everything up and running.
We try to make OneUp as easy to use as possible, but when users put text in a field that only allows URLs, then you will get a failed post.
Hope that makes sense.
Also, OneUp DOES indeed post directly to Instagram :)
If you need anything else, just reach out to us on the chat - we are always there to help out!

My overall experience with OneUp has been outstanding. The ease and customer service is unmatched. Surprisingly not many platforms allow you to post threads like this and I am so thankful to have found OneUp.
Pros
The ability to schedule threads is the most important thing we were looking for from this platform. Before I found OneUp, another team member and I would have to go in and manually post Tweet responses twice a day. The ability to bulk schedule is an absolute plus. This platform has been a life saver and my team and I can't wait to use it again for our public health intervention.
Cons
I am happy with every aspect of this platform. The only thing I can think of to be improved is having the ability to schedule different tweets in the thread instead of having them all go out at once. Though for the project I am working on we do not need this and therefore, OneUp is the perfect platform.
Response from OneUp
Thanks Katie, glad to hear you are enjoying OneUp for scheduling Twitter threads :)
