A really helpful function is that these reports can be turned into live spreadsheets that update each time you open them. This allows you to share the data with other teams without changing the PeopleHR access. The PeopleHR team have always been easy to get hold of and quick to respond to any raised cases. > > **Cons**: Limited ability to amend/edit the fields on the dashboard or employee profile.
