It is also detail oriented which I love. I can add furniture, etc. > > **Cons**: It has some limitations like grouping furniture items together, but I have never requested it and they are great about taking suggestions. > > This is honestly one of my favorite apps. I love using it every time we move or when we’re flipping a home. It’s incredibly easy to use, but still detailed enough that I can add furniture, map out layouts, and really think through projects before making decisions. I spent a long time trying to find something that was simple without feeling limited, and RoomSketcher has been exactly that. It makes planning spaces fun and practical at the same time. ----- ### "Interior Designer uses Room Sketcher with every project." — 5.0/5 > **Angee** | *28 December 2025* | Design | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: I have used Room Sketcher for about 9 years now. It is easy to draw floorplans and drop furniture in. It is great for determining size of furniture and space planning. > > **Cons**: I would like to have more options with using an actual furniture piece in a space. To be able to download the piece. More traditional art and accessories. Lots of modern look, traditional looks are harder to create with this program. > > The program is great to show a client the overall idea for furniture layouts. The 3D option really shows my client what my vision is for the room. Room Sketcher is an easy program to learn to use. ----- ### "good experience" — 3.0/5 > **joelle** | *31 May 2026* | Design | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Pros**: RoomSketcher is very easy to use and learn. The interface is intuitive, creating floor plans is fast, and the overall workflow is efficient and user-friendly. > > **Cons**: The 3D view could be improved. It is sometimes difficult to see details clearly, navigate spaces smoothly, and fully understand the design from different angles. > > Overall, I had a positive experience using RoomSketcher. It is a useful and practical tool for creating floor plans, although the 3D visualization features could be enhanced. ----- ### "overall experience after buying license" — 5.0/5 > **elisabeth** | *9 June 2026* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: The program is intuitive to use, allowing you to work efficiently. The accompanying video provides clear guidance and makes learning the program straightforward. > > **Cons**: I appreciate the D3’s camera‑guidance feature. It provides real‑time visual feedback, which is very helpful when demonstrating adjustments to others. > > Overall, my experience has been positive. The only inconvenience is that copying and duplicating items becomes cumbersome when managing multiple apartments. ----- ### "highly recommend\!" — 5.0/5 > **Petra** | *12 June 2026* | Design | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I found RoomSketcher very user-friendly and intuitive to learn. As someone creating room layouts and kitchen concepts, I was able to quickly draw accurate floor plans, add furniture, and visualize different design options without a steep learning curve. The ability to work with precise measurements while still creating professional-looking visuals was especially helpful. > > **Cons**: Overall, I haven't found any major drawbacks so far. If I had to choose something, I would say that some advanced features require a paid subscription, and there can be a bit of a learning curve when trying to use more detailed tools or create complex layouts. However, for my needs, the software has worked very well. > > My overall experience with RoomSketcher has been excellent. It has allowed me to quickly create accurate floor plans, test different layout ideas, and present concepts to clients in a clear and professional way. The software is easy to use, visually appealing, and has helped streamline my design process. I would definitely recommend it to other designers and homeowners planning renovations. ----- Page: 1 / 9\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/2049888/roomsketcher?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/2049888/roomsketcher) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Structured Data
