The platform allows us to manage everything—from application intake to review and follow-up—in one place, which has improved both our internal workflows and the experience for applicants. Customer support has also been very responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed changes.

> **Cons**: There have been occasional system bugs, particularly related to page load speeds. At one point, we had to redesign our welcome page to avoid lag and ensure smooth navigation for users. That said, the RhythmQ team was very responsive and worked with us to address these issues, and we’ve seen improvements since.
