> **Pros**: Definitely this software has helped be a lot by managing my mailbox. Trying to organize my personal and professional life in the mail, can be a struggle due to the amount I personally receive daily. This software is amazing for organizing a large quantity of emails in a very efficient way.

> **Cons**: In my opinion, I do not consider that CleanEmail has a flaw, perhaps something that can change is the way users need to change certain things inside the software. Maybe a more fine tuned UI, but it is not a deal breaker for me, at least the entire software works stupendously.

> **Pros**: Helped clean up a little of inbox. Can't really think of anything else I liked about this software or company considering how they handled my account and credit request issue.  Wouldn't trust them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

> **Cons**: Dubious Cancellation and Auto-Renewal Tactics with Subpar Support without Empathy or Integrity in knowing the appropriate business decision to make on a refund well due to a user who cancelled services within 24hours of rebill.

> Stopped using service for well over a year. No notification of auto-renewal, charges and/or renewal prior to hitting my credit card. Cancelled within 24-hours of the renewal hitting my credit card. Was emailed about my cancellation and reason for cancelling, asking for feedback/response as to why. Indicated no longer using the service and hadn't been for over a year, to which I requested a refund. No response. Submitted case to support for refund thereafter having received no response. Response indicated that my cancellation came after renewal/rebill and therefore no refund could be applied. Notification within 24-hrs of no desire to renew not satisfactory to this company. Furthermore the company tried making claim it hadn't been cancelled before I showed evidence of cancellation and request for refund from the time frame.

Auto-renewal without proper notification to charged parties for fees and renewal is now under scrutiny at the US state and federal level for these exact reasons and tactics. Instead of relying upon service software or products alone to continue ongoing business, companies default to auto-renewal programs to incur fees beyond use. Hopefully the new laws written for 2025 force action to be taken on notification which should be sent out regardless of legislature on renewal/billing.

> **Pros**: I like clearing my email inbox regularly and having CleanEmail filters in place to help me accomplish this. I can then go directly to the folders where daily emails go from certain senders to review and clear them. I still need to explore some of the other features this program offers.

> **Cons**: My initial attempt to set up the filters was not as intuitive as I expected, but I figured it out.

> I like having the help of CleanEmail to help keep my email inbox manageable. I am trying to do a better job of going through my email and either delete or save in a folder.

> **Pros**: CleanEmail was recommended to me as an Android-friendly alternative to Inbox Zero, and it lived up to expectations. It allowed me to dig myself out from under a heap of years' of junk email and, most importantly, to unsubscribe from the various newsletters I unthinkingly opted into over the years.

> **Cons**: The free version is a trial that limits you to deleting 1000 emails. If you want to get rid of more, you have to pay for an upgrade. I personally have no gripes about paying a low price for an app that has rid my inbox of a lot of chaos, but this app is competing against other, comparable apps that do the whole job for free.

> Overall, I was very satisfied with CleanEmail. The prospect of having to manually delete years and years of junk mail and unsubscribe myself from numerous newsletters one at a time just did not seem worth it, and my inbox was a huge, disorganized mess as a result. This app relieved me of that mess and simplified what would have otherwise been a mind-numbingly tedious, time-consuming task for a very reasonable price.
