> **Pros**: They were a new company, and it's online, but they just create protocols that never get issues resolved, so mainly there is nothing positive to say. I will not renew my subscription with them and i suggest that you don not buy or renew

I have given them 3 years of opportunities to step it up and better their system, but it's only gotten worse. Their system of creating a ticket never gets resolved and you get emails saying it was resolved but not once did they call to verify that it was resolved

> **Cons**: funny but it was the answer.  I have a client that is the financial representative for another client.  When I tried to send her a request to her for her individual return use the portal, it would not allow it since her email address is used for the other client, which she represents.  But it did explain why the emails were failing.  Providing an answer with confidence is what I needed and got.  Now I can come up with a solution quickly.  Thanks.
