One thing which sets Smashing Logo apart is their customer service. After I purchased the logo for my new company, my team gave positive feedback on everything except the font I chose for the company name. Knowing Smashing Logo offered a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, I returned to Smashing Logo designer through my account and attempted to make the adjustments to the font. After I updated the font, I couldn't seem to finalize the modified design and download it with my primary computer literacy skills. I reached out to the company for help and they provided me fast assistance. Highly recommend this company!
Pros
After comparing multiple logo generating sites, I found that my design options were limited and looked homemade. Smashing Logo's idea generator articulated what I wanted and gave me the most customization options of the different logo generating programs. We love our new logo and received a compliments too. Also, the price point is very affordable for small business owners. Finally, we like how easy it is to get our image downloads. They even have your logos in motion which is fancy.
Cons
Maybe the option to modify the color of certain elements inside the logo would be a nice feature to have. I know that might be impossible to implement but I would have liked to have two colors in a specific location in my logo image. I would also like the ability to save or store my previous versions in one location. You can mark your drafts as "favorite" but they don't seem to transfer into a favorite file to be found later.

I do like the platform, however it will need to be more intuitive with more robust options and better customer support.
1. LIMITED ELEMENTS/FONTS/DESIGNING CAPABILITIES
Does NOT have all of the elements needed to complete your logo/design.
Edits, developments, fonts, all are limited in supply.
2, Since located in Vienna, Austria - you'll be waiting for resolves to issues over 24hrs if located in LATAM, AMER OR APAC - only via email through web contact form.

1. Not sure what design capabilities you're missing in particular. With over a thousand fonts in our font library we hope that there are plenty of options to choose from.

Their service deliver/website/customer service is very outstanding they go out of their way to assist and help. Would recommend them to anyone anytime their prices is also well priced well worth it you can fully customise how you want your logo

Live logos takes some time to download all res but not bad at all just wish some way you could download all once in the res you want like the others

Pros
The logo was beautiful - the font was so different and lovely. I couldn't find even a similar font and it had a lot to do with the overall appeal. I also appreciated the great support, as I received quick, friendly responses over my minor confusion.
Cons
I was able to send my logo to my shirt designer and I will be wearing my GenkinaHealth brand in just a few days. I can't wait to see and WEAR this great design!
