> **Pros**: I really love that you can customize many things about your app. It's easy to drag and drop pages and items to add content. It's user-friendly as far as setting things up and changing things to have them the way you want them. Settings are self explanatory and you can customize your app the way you want\!

We've loved having the support when we something doesn't seem to be working or we can't figure something out. They've been good at getting back to us within days - sometimes hours.

The feature you use to see what your app will look like in the website is a little slow and doesn't work half of the time. We had to download an extra app to see what it would look like. Would love to see this improved.

> **Pros**: It has most of the 3rd part integration-ready, depend on what you wanted for but I was able to use it to create multiple apps for clients, and on top of that most admiring feature is to be able to show a preview to the customer without any reference back tp app machine. I mostly use it to create demo for clients or to present my ideas. on top of all, they have ready-made templates that you can base on to make it easier to implement your own ideas

> The building blocks approach is very good. Took me a week to build my apps. Documentation poor. Customer support is slow. On the plus side the app is good.
