> **Pros**: Upon login, users are shown an image and asked to choose "me" or "not me." Once completed, results will be generated that provide an overall personality view as well as suitable positions. On the administrative side, it is easy to get an overall organizational view to see how a candidate may (or may not) fit in to the company culture. There is a lot of information available that will allow employers or advisors to have fruitful conversations with potential employees. In the university setting, it allows advisors to review student preferences to identify areas where students could use improvement. Built-in links to job websites can help students find additional resources to identify transfer schools and job opportunities. 

On the administrative side, it is easy to customize invitation emails to candidates.

> **Cons**: I do wish it was easier to create sub-organizations within Traitify.  That said, there was a workaround for our use in academia,.For each office, I had to create a separate organization which was not as intuitive as I would have liked, however, it does work. I would like some additional functionality towards organization for academic settings and integration with popular programs. However, this is a tall ask.
> 
> I have generally enjoyed working with Traitify and using it with my students. They have found it helpful, and it has helped guide career conversations in a more proactive manner. It allows advisors to make clear connections between the classroom and professional goals. From an organizational standpoint, it provides insight (or at least a means through which to have a conversation) as to individual worker preference and best means of approach.

> **Pros**: I love how it is seamlessly integrated into our recruiting platform, Greenhouse. It makes it so easy to just click the traitify score and see the breakdown.

> **Cons**: I wish the details of the traitify assessment were more interactive. Like being able to get more detail from hovering over the different trait points.

> So far it has been a positive experience. Seeing that an applicant is a good fit makes the job of a hiring manager a tiny bit easier\!
