> **Pros**: Recipes in conjunction with the Quantity generator.  Being able to run formulas alos cuts estimating time down significantly

> **Cons**: Poorly manged help service. You call in, leave a message and then they are meant to get back to you promptly. some times they do, some times they don't. Most small building businesses only have part time bookkeepers. Ours gets very frustrated with this service. The yearly high cost of this program.
The cost now put on us for them to out source the integrated pay system.

very poor service when the annual 'help'cost is so expensive. 
Annual fees very expensive for what you get. Our bookeeper constantly has problems  with the accounting side. 
Now they are about to charge us more money for the compulsory integrated Key pay system.
 Databuild are outsourcing this at our expense. It should be part of the huge fee we already pay. Because this is compulsory, they should integrate into databuild and it then becomes part of the package.

> **Pros**: The software itself is great for estimating. No takeoff software attached so need something like bluebeam. Serup for multiple pricing is exceptional

> **Cons**: Customer service have no understanding of the software capabilities and any help is just doesn’t exist. Selling to American company has really been a bad move putting builders off using this software

> Been using this software for over 30 years but recently the customer support is of no help at all and a waste of time. Should come back to be australian based
